Sarah Hodkiewicz began working at St. Maria Goretti in 2021.

Sarah grew up in Neenah, Wisconsin. Once she moved to Madison, to attend the University of Wisconsin-Madison and to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming a teacher, she never left. She enjoyed life on campus and found a spiritual home in St. Paul's University Catholic Center, which is where she met her future husband! She graduated with a degree in Elementary Education.

After graduating, Sarah worked for 13 years in the Madison Metropolitan School District and mostly taught first grade. She strives to inspire children to believe in their capabilities and to love, support, and challenge them to be the best they can be each day.

Sarah and her husband, Jon, have four beautiful boys: Matthew (11), Charlie (10), Jack (8), and Nathan (6). They live on the East side of Madison where they like to play board games and card games, watch movies, and read books.

She is glad to be at SMG to love and serve the Lord alongside our school families!
