Tessa Wirtz

Teacher Aide

Tessa Wirtz started working at St. Maria Goretti in 2019 as the 2nd grade teacher. In 2022, she transitioned to teaching 5th grade. In 2023, she served as a Teacher Aide.

She is originally from Cross Plains, Wisconsin. She received her bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa and also received endorsements in Reading, Social Studies, and Special Education.

She moved back to the Madison area in 2019 after graduating to begin teaching at St. Maria Goretti. She was married in 2021 to her husband, Alex.
