SCRIP is gift cards that you use like cash at your favorite stores, gas stations, and restaurants. You buy them from St. Maria Goretti and spend them as you wish. Because we pay a discounted rate for the gift cards, SMG earns money andyou earn credit toward your school tuition or other school fund.

For example, if you buy $100 Hy-Vee gift card, the rebate amount is 5% so $5.00 is earned. Of the rebate amount, you are credited 50% and SMG receives the other 50%. So, in this example, you will be credited $2.50.

Many SCRIP cards have a rebate amount of 10% or higher, so the amount earned can add up even faster. Scrip is a fundraiser for SMG Home and School Association. Because of this program, we don’t ask families to sell anything else as a school fundraiser.

Ways To Order SCRIP

1. Online - Create Your RaiseRight Account

Follow the steps at www.raiseright.com to create your free RaiseRight account in minutes. Online orders will be filled and customers notified by email when the order is ready to pick up.

2. At the School Office

SCRIP is available for sale year round in the school office during regular hours Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

3. After Weekend Masses

SCRIP is available for sale after weekend Masses in the church corridor on the first weekend of the month.
